A Work of Heart Therapy & Consulting, PLLC is led by Dr. Tara Rios Vega, DSW, LCSW-S, BC-TMH, EMDR Certified Therapist, whose leadership emphasizes mentorship, cultural humility, clinical excellence, and helping clinicians build meaningful, sustainable careers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Align with A Work of Heart Therapy, PLLC mission, vision, and values
Possess a Master's degree in social work

Active, unrestricted license (social work) in the state of Texas
Available to hold at least 25 client sessions per week (full time) and 15 client sessions per week (part time)
Prior experience in a private practice setting (highly preferred)
At least two years' experience post-unrestricted licensure (highly preferred)
Recommended minimum of 2 years experience in the field
Have at least one niche market for therapeutic services (i.e. children, teens, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management)
Current approval as an in-network provider with TX BCBS (highly preferred)
