Our Mission

The mission of A Work of Heart Therapy is guided by our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We recognize the societal pressures that disenfranchised groups such as persons of color, LGBTQ+ community, and low socio-economic statuses experience, as well as the negative implications these experiences have on these individuals. We acknowledge the role of imbedded systemic racism that create barriers for marginalized populations and work to address these disparities through the use of quality therapeutic engagements.
